چکیده

Abstract Introduction Noggin is an antagonist of bone morphogenetic proteins (BMP). High expression contributes formation osteolytic lesions from breast cancer. However, the exact role noggin in cancer yet to be clarified. Method Expression was analysed both RNA sequencing data cohort (n = 1097) The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and a gene array database (E-MTAB-6703, n 2088). using ANOVA Kaplan-Meier analysis. Correlation between angiogenic markers evaluated Spearman test. Impact on tumour growth determined murine xenograft model by implant triple negative cell line (MDA-MB-231) with overexpression. Result Down-regulation revealed TCGA E-MTAB-6703. Reduced presents correlation poor relapse free survival. Moreover, patients shorter overall survival exhibited higher Noggin. Further analysis indicated that plays differential different subtypes Lower seen Her2 positive compared Luminal Triple (0.09(0.05–0.15) vs 0.13(0.06–0.24) 0.10(0.04–0.25) P < 0.001). positively correlated BMP2, ACVR2A ACVR1B also fibroblast factor (FGF). reduced vivo growth. Conclusion has subtype specific association patients' which targeted BMP ligands downstream receptors might involved. inhibited MDA-MB-231 cells. Take-home Message s patients’
